David, an experienced Deputy Headteacher in primary schools, knows the specific challenges you face in improving standards for all students. Throughout his career, he has helped schools in 'Special Measures' and 'Requires Improvement' enhance their teaching and develop a consistent whole-school approach to teaching, learning and leadership.

David's success comes from valuing each member of the school community and establishing trust and accountability. He has over 12 years of experience in primary education as a senior leader and qualified headteacher (NPQH). His aim is to empower staff to create inclusive and equitable learning spaces, offering tailored solutions for continuous improvement, ranging from curriculum review to supporting new leaders through coaching and mentoring.
